ARTICLE 2.1000  ANIMAL ODORS

Any person owning or harboring any animal shall keep the area where the animals are confined or permitted to run clean and clear of unreasonable odor.  (1977 Code of Ordinances, Chapter 3, Article 5, Section 13)
