ARTICLE
2.1500 ANIMALS AND FOWLS AT LARGE
(a) It shall hereafter be
unlawful for any person to allow or permit any cow, calf, steer,
bull, bullock, heifer, sheep, goat, hog, horse, mare, colt,
mule, or jennet owned or controlled by said person to run at
large, or be in or upon any street, or alley or in or upon any
unenclosed vacant lot within the corporate limits of the city,
or to stake out any of the animals above mentioned upon any
unenclosed lot or any street or other public property in the
city.
(b) It is an affirmative
defense to subsection (a) above that the animal is a miniature
pig which meets with the requirements set forth in
Article 2.1300(d).
