The City of Watauga Animal Service Center welcomes the volunteer who understands and supports the organization’s goals and objectives: (1) to receive lost and unwanted animals brought to the shelter; (2) to return lost pets to their owners, or re-home pets into responsible homes; (3) to humanely euthanize animals that cannot be placed; (4) to educate the public about humane treatment of animals and responsible pet ownership practices; (5) to provide animal related support services.
