2. Review the proposed design of 6301 Whitley Road a Local Business requesting a zoning change to Commercial with a Specific Use Permit to operate a contractor storage or equipment yard.

3. Discuss and consider making a recommendation to City Council for the proposed design of 6301 Whitley Road, to be used as a contractor storage or equipment yard.
