The Animal Services Center Advisory Committee shall serve in an advisory
capacity and is established by the City Council to assist in complying with
the requirement of the Health and Safety Code, Chapter 823. The advisory
committee must be composed of at least one (1) licensed veterinarian, one
(1) county
or municipal official, one (1) person whose duties include the daily operation
of an animal shelter, and one (1) representative from an animal welfare
organization. Meetings are called as needed. |
