"Let's work together to keep our City clean.  If you see trash in the street or on the sidewalks, make an effort to pick it up and place it in the nearest receptacle  It is imperative that we as citizens, take responsibility for our homes' appearance and upkeep whether you own or lease. We need to work together to keep the outside of our homes free from clutter.  Organize with your neighbors and ensure that those in need of assistance with yard work etc., get the help they need.  If we are better to our neighbors, we will have better neighbors."
