It is rewarding to give back to your community!

Watauga Public Library offers a multitude of services to the community, many dependent upon a cadre of volunteers who are willing to devote a small part of their time to assist us, often as little as 1-2 hours a week.

Our volunteers can feel pride in whatever they do, even if it seems a small task, because it helps to keep the Library going.

You will see that some of our volunteers provide help directly to children or adults in the community. Others support the library purpose by seeing that vital tasks are performed.

Please join our team!

Adult volunteers 18 years or older are needed to assist Library staff. Click here to view an informational brochure.

Pick up an application at the Reference desk. For more information, please call 817.514.5863.
