New Fit Pass Classes Available!

 

From Extreme Abs to Zumba, this fall the Watauga Community Center has more than enough to keep your body moving while having a blast! Click below to see why a Fit Pass is your key to  diverse, challenging, and body shaping fun! In addition, the Center also has numerous special events, activities for children as well as other adult classes.

 

FREE CHILDCARE IS PROVIDED WITH P.M. PLAYTIME FOR ALL CHILDREN (AGES 3-8 YRS)  OF COMMUNITY CENTER AND/OR FIT PASS MEMBERS!
HOURS ARE MON-THURS. 5:00-8:30 P.M.!

One of the fitness world's hottest aerobic classes, Zumba provides a high-energy and easy to follow dance solution to your fitness needs!

Provides a great workout program for people who want to workout in the morning hours.

Belly Dance:

Learn and enjoy belly dance in a fun, friendly, supportive environment. Feel the physical and inspirational benefits of movement to modern belly dance music.  Suitable for women of all shapes and sizes.

Pilates

A total body conditioning workout that emphasizes proper alignment.  Build strength without "bulking up", gain long, lean muscles and flexibility, and develop a strong core with flat abdominals and a strong back.

This is a challenging class for adults that includes weight training, running and plyometric exercises.
