Board of Adjustment Case No. 10-01: Request
for a Variance to Watauga City Code of Ordinances, Chapter 14, Article 14.300,
Section 14.304 (2) (B) (ii) (aa) that requires minimum front yard of 20 feet
for the placement of buildings, structures and uses on all residential
properties. The structure is 4 feet, 7
inches over the building line. The
property is located at 6816 Echo Hill Drive also known as Lot 9, Block 1 Echo
Hills Addition. The property owner and
applicant is Mr. David Ewald.
NEW BUSINESS:
1.
