The Watauga Citizen’s Fire Academy is a hands-on learning program for residents who want to know more about their Fire Department.

  • Obtain CPR certification
  • Protective Clothing and Breathing Apparatus

The Watauga Fire Department will host a Citizen’s Fire Academy this year in the fall. The Academy will meet for seven evenings (7pm-9:30pm) and one Saturday (9am-1pm) over a two month period.

Minimum age is 21, and a resident of or work in the City of Watauga.
