Home School PE 2019

Exercise 101 is an all-sports youth exercise program for ages 6 - 14 that is focused on fun, team building, soccer, basketball, baseball, football, volleyball, relay races, games, nutrition, and much more! 

Certified Coach Karla Qualls and Coach John Eisen lead encouraging classes targeted at flexibility, core & balance, and speed & agility through fitness and cardio games/activities.
