Board of Appeals

Overview

The Board of Appeals was created on April 28, 2014. The Board of Appeals shall have the power to hear and decide appeals of orders, decisions, or determinations made by the City's Building Official or Fire Code Official regarding the application or interpretation of the Building Code or Fire Code currently adopted by the City.

Meetings

Meetings are called as needed and held at City Hall

Agendas are posted at least 72 hours prior to the meeting, as required by state law.  Minutes are posted after they have been formally approved by the committee.  Meetings are live streamed at the time the meeting is held.  On-demand streaming of meetings is generally made available within one day following the meeting.
