The City of Watauga’s Citizen Request Tracker is a tool that can be used to communicate directly with city staff. All requests received through this system will be addressed during business hours, Monday through Friday. If you have an emergency please call 9-1-1 immediately. To submit a request you will need to create an account. You will be prompted to enter your email address and a password of your choice. By creating an account you are allowing us to send you email notifications on the status of your request plus you may also log into the system to see comments and actions taken in response to your request.
